Counselling and Wellbeing
Our counsellor specialises in mindfulness-based counselling and approaches to managing anxiety, stress and trauma in life and work for adults.
We work with individuals to create a safe space where you can process fear, anxiety, and trauma by understanding how your mind works, and the relationship between your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and how they impact the quality of your life.
We teach people to recognise and identify emotional triggers and symptoms, the habit of thoughts and emotions in our lives and ways to create new habits and behaviours that improve our lives.
Counsellor: The cost of a 60-minute consultation is $105 for face-to-face or telehealth appointments
Referrals: Self-referral. These sessions are not claimable via Medicare or Private Health Insurance.
