Fees
Counselling Fees
The cost of a 60-minute counselling consultation is $105 for face-to-face or telehealth appointments.
Referrals are not required to book a session with a counsellor. These sessions are not claimable via Medicare or Private Health Insurance.
Psychology Fees
The cost of a 50-minute psychology consultation is $200 for face-to-face or telehealth appointments.
Our psychologist is a registered Medicare provider and can also provide services to clients with an NDIS plan (plan-managed and self-managed), approved TAC and WorkSafe Victoria claims.
You may be eligible to claim a rebate through Medicare or your Private Health Insurance. Please check with your health insurance fund provider.
We do not offer bulk billing.
To reserve your first appointment, we require the full fee amount to be paid 48 hours before your appointment. Our reception team will be in touch prior to your appointment to obtain payment.
Note that for subsequent sessions, payment is required on the day of your appointment by EFTPOS or Credit Card.
Rebates
Medicare Rebates
To access a Medicare rebate of $96.65 on the cost of a 50-minute session with our psychologist, you will need a referral letter and Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) from your GP or specialist.
After each session, we will process your Medicare claim and your rebate will be paid directly into your bank account.
Medicare currently provides MHTP rebates for up to 10 psychology sessions per calendar year. Your first MHTP referral from your GP will provide you with access to six rebateable psychology sessions. When these have been used, you have the option to add another four sessions.
NDIS
Our psychologist can provide psychology services to clients with a plan-managed or self-managed NDIS plan. Funding must be allocated under the capacity building part of your plan, with a budget allocated to therapy and/or mental health support sessions under the Improved Daily Living category.
To access NDIS psychology sessions, you will need a referral from your Case Coordinator that you have signed.
For plan-managed NDIS plans, your Plan Manager pays the cost of approved psychology sessions from your NDIS plan on your behalf.
TAC
Our psychologist is a registered TAC provider.
To access psychology sessions as a result of a motor vehicle accident, you will need a referral letter from your GP, and an approved TAC claim and claim number.
TAC pays the cost of approved psychology sessions on your behalf.
WorkSafe Victoria
Our psychologist is a registered WorkSafe Victoria provider.
To access psychology sessions as a result of a workplace injury, you will need a referral letter from your GP, and an approved WorkSafe claim and claim number.
WorkSafe Victoria pays the cost of approved psychology sessions on your behalf.

For online bookings simply choose an available timeslot and follow the steps to finalise your appointment.
You will receive an automated email and SMS confirmation once you have made your first appointment.
An Intake and Consent Form will be sent via SMS. We require all new clients to complete and submit the form 48 hours prior to your initial appointment.
