About our
Psychology Services
Our registered psychologist works one-on-one with adults and adolescents to support clients with the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of mental health, personal, work and relationship issues, including anxiety and panic disorders, depression, overwhelm, attention deficits, trauma, PTSD and complex presentations.
We use an integrated, person-centred approach that draws from evidence-based psychotherapies including Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and mindfulness-based tools.

Fees and Rebates
Psychologist: The cost of a 50-minute psychology consultation is $200 for face-to-face or telehealth appointments.
Referrals: Referrals are not required to book an appointment with a psychologist.
Registered Medicare provider: If you have a referral letter and Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) from your GP or specialist, a Medicare rebate of $96.65 will apply on the cost of a 50-minute session with our psychologist.
